System Engineer

We're looking for a System Engineer to support and evolve a growing international IT infrastructure. In this role, you'll operate within a hybrid cloud/on-premise environment and collaborate closely with IT teams across Europe. If you're passionate about scalable systems, automation and security this is your chance to take ownership and grow in a dynamic and structured environment., * Operate and monitor core infrastructure systems (Windows Server, VMware, Azure AD, etc.)

• Manage hybrid IT environments and ensure system stability and performance
• Oversee backups, endpoint protection, and IT security compliance Veeam, Sophos)
• Automate processes and drive system improvements using scripting tools PowerShell)
• Participate in incident response, system upgrades, and internal IT projects
• Collaborate with colleagues across several countries to standardize and optimize systems

Experience Required: 2-5 years in systems engineering Languages: English (German or other languague is a plus) Qualification: Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, * Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server administration and infrastructure operations

• Proficiency in virtualization platforms VMware, Hyper-V)
• Solid understanding of Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft 365
• Familiarity with IT security tools and backup systems
• Analytical mindset and ability to work in a structured, reliable way
