Job description
As a Consultant within our Talent & Organization team, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact transformation programs for some of the most prestigious clients across industries. You'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to co-create and implement human-centered change strategies that are agile and ready for the digital world - helping clients realize measurable business outcomes.
You will contribute to large, complex transformation programs and work closely with client teams and (international) colleagues to solve challenging organizational problems, architect & delivery complex change management work, manage defined workstreams, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
The work
- Support Transformation Journeys - Partner with clients on complex transformations through Change Management (e.g., ERP rollouts, operating model redesigns, digital transformations), contributing to building organizations that are capable, resilient, and adaptable to change.
- Contribute to Human-Centered Change Strategies - Translate strategic direction into practical, holistic change plans that address culture, ways of working, and future readiness.
- Apply Change Management Expertise - Support leadership alignment, change activation using insight-driven approaches (including AI), large-scale change network engagement, and readiness for new technologies and ways of working.
- Enable Workforce Reinvention - Contribute to organization design, reskilling, and upskilling initiatives for new operating models (e.g., S/4HANA, GBS, human-agentic workforce).
- Support Technology Enablement - Help clients unlock the human potential of new technologies through enterprise-wide system implementations, digital learning platforms, and AI-enabled activation.
- Leverage Data-Driven Insights - Use analytics and predictive tools to help measure adoption, sentiment, and transformation impact.
- Engage Stakeholders - Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and team members to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
- Support Business Development - Contribute to account growth by supporting RFP responses, proposals, market research, and go-to-market activities.

- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders and international colleagues in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
- Guide and mentor junior team members while learning from senior colleagues.
- Be flexible to travel, including on-site work at client locations when needed., Within Strategy & Consulting is the Talent & Organization (T&O) team. As a Talent & Organization Consultant, you will work together with our clients in reimagining their businesses, build workforces with the leaders and cultures to accelerate change, and create and deliver employee experience and HR services.
Along with circa 85 enthusiastic and driven consultants you will work on projects across various industries, like Communications, Media, Technology, Financial services, Health & Public services, Products and Resources.
We work in different project capabilities, like Change Management, Leadership & Culture, Operating Model/Talent Strategy/HR Transformation, and Cyber Human Factors.
Requirements

- Demonstrated experience in organizational change, future workforce and/or Human Resources; for example, guiding organizations in their transformation journey, designing and implementing large-scale communication and training programs, or upskill leaders to carry out desired behaviors.
- Track record as people-oriented, insight driven and iterative problem solver
- Consulting experience with project-based ways of working (from origination to solutioning & delivery)
- At least 3-5 years of experience including experience in project management
- Fluent in Dutch and English
