Platform Engineer Outside IR35

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Engineer to join our mission-critical programmes within the defence sector. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology that underpins national security and resilience., * Design, build, and maintain secure containerised platforms using Red Hat OpenShift (including RHACM; RHACS advantageous).

• Deliver robust Cloud Engineering solutions in Azure, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure-as-Code to automate deployments and streamline operations.
• Deploy and support virtualised solutions (VMWare, KASM) across complex environments.
• Integrate and optimise storage solutions, including Red Hat OpenShift Data Foundation (ODF) and Azure storage.

• Extensive hands-on experience in OpenShift and cloud-native engineering.
• Strong background in automation and IaC practices.
• Proven track record in delivering secure, scalable platforms in sensitive environments.
• Clearance eligibility for defence projects.
