V05339 -Senior Hardware Engineer

• Lead complex hardware design from requirements to delivery
• Drive innovative digital and/or analogue electronic solutions
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to optimise system performance
• Produce high-quality engineering artefacts to industry standards
• Mentor and develop junior engineers
• Champion safe working practices across all activities

• Strong background in digital and/or analogue hardware engineering
• Full lifecycle development experience, ideally on safety-critical systems
• Sound engineering judgement and understanding of cost, schedule and risk
• Experience with tools such as Mentor Graphics Expedition, SPICE/Simetrix, MATLAB/Simulink, DOORS (advantageous)
• Degree/HND in Electronics Engineering (or equivalent)
