UI/UX Designer

We are hiring a UI/UX Designer to help shape the user experience of Amplifirm's voice AI platform. You will translate complex AI workflows, real-time call data, and multi-layered campaign configurations into clean, intuitive, and modern interfaces. Your work will focus on designing dashboards, monitoring views, user onboarding flows, and admin tooling for both technical and non-technical users. You will collaborate closely with engineering, product, and leadership to evolve our design system and ensure consistent, high-quality implementation. You will operate in a fast-moving startup environment where clarity, simplicity, and world-class usability directly impact product adoption and customer success.

Do you have experience in UX?, We are looking for someone with at least three years of UI/UX or product design experience and strong proficiency in Figma. You should have experience designing SaaS dashboards, workflow-heavy tools or B2B interfaces and be comfortable conducting user testing, gathering insights and iterating quickly. Your portfolio should demonstrate a strong sense of visual design, clear UX thinking and the ability to organise complex information effectively. Experience with real-time dashboards, analytics tools, voice or AI-related products, or prior work in fast-paced startup environments would be highly valuable but not required.
