Job description
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud Integrations Lead and Technical Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), and Fusion ERP/HCM implementations across both public and private sector clients. This role requires hands-on technical leadership in designing and building complex integrations across HCM, Payroll, Financials, and SCM modules.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the design and development of inbound and outbound integrations using REST, SOAP, FBDI, and HDL.
- Serve as the solution design authority for Oracle Cloud integration projects.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand integration requirements.
- Architect scalable and secure integration solutions leveraging OIC and OCI.
- Manage end-to-end technical delivery of Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM integrations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and integration specialists.
- Ensure compliance with best practices, security standards, and performance optimization.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across environments.
- Document integration designs, configurations, and support procedures.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Architect or Integration Lead in Oracle Cloud implementations.
- Extensive hands-on experience with:
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI)
- Fusion ERP and HCM modules
- Strong proficiency in integration technologies including:
- REST and SOAP Web Services
- File-Based Data Import (FBDI)
- HCM Data Loader (HDL)
- Experience with HCM, Payroll, Financials, and SCM integrations.
- Ability to design and implement complex integration flows and error handling mechanisms.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience working with public and private sector clients.
