IT_32506 CRM Solution Architect Information Technology Innsbruck

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of our Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM systems, identifying redundancies, inefficiencies, and integration challenges

Design end-to-end CRM processes, including data models, integration layers, workflows, and user interfaces

Define and enforce CRM development standards based on best practices and governance models

Oversee the implementation and customization of the CRM platform, ensuring alignment with business needs

Document system architecture and data flows to ensure smooth transition and effective knowledge retention

At least 3 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365

Proficient in CRM configuration, including workflows, user setup, data import, SQL, and security settings

Experience with integration tools and APIs

Strong problem-solving abilities and innovative thinking in troubleshooting system and process issues; proactive approach to communication and teamwork

Excellent English skills, both written and spoken

Full-time post 38,5 hours per week, flexible working time model with core working hours, details will be discussed in a personal interview.
