Job description
IT Solutions & Support provides reliable end-user assistance, ensuring smooth operations across all daily technical needs. The team also supports and coordinates IT-related projects and requests, offering structured guidance from planning to implementation. Additionally, IT Solutions & Support delivers comprehensive technical coverage for large-scale events, ensuring stable and efficient IT environments., * Operate and improve the company's server, endpoint, and cloud environments.
- Manage the full lifecycle of devices, including mobile devices via MDM.
- Ensure stable and secure network operations and remote access.
- Strengthen the security posture and ensure compliance with GDPR and internal policies.
- Deliver operational support via ITSM processes and tools.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable fixes.
- Lead small projects like migrations and rollouts from planning to completion.
- Document systems and processes clearly and keep knowledge bases up to date.
- Collaborate with IT teams and business units, communicating clearly and enforcing standards.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Windows administration (AD, GPO, WSUS).
- Basic Linux knowledge.
- MDM solutions (e.g., Intune, MobileIron).
- Networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, WLAN, basic routing/switching).
- Cloud services (Microsoft 365, Azure; AWS is a plus).
- IT security (endpoint protection, MFA, firewalls, patch management).
- ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, OTRS) and ITIL understanding.
Soft Skills:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Process-oriented mindset with good documentation skills.
- Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Customer focus and pragmatic solution design.
- Team player with assertiveness when enforcing standards.
- Flexibility and resilience under pressure.
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
