NET Application Manager with DevOps Experience

SVG is seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a .NET Application Manager for our office in Weiterstadt. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing existing applications developed in .NET and working with SQL and PostgreSQL databases. Additionally, the candidate should possess some DevOps experience and a willingness to learn new technologies and protocols, such as AVL packets format, codec, and codec 8 protocols., · Manage and maintain existing .NET applications

· Oversee SQL and PostgreSQL database administration and optimization

· Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless application deployment and monitoring

· Troubleshoot and resolve application and database issues

· Stay up-to-date with new technologies and industry trends, particularly in AVL packets format, codec, and codec 8 protocols

· Document processes, procedures, and best practices for application management

Do you have experience in Windows?, · At least 4 years proven experience in developing and managing applications developed in .NET-Framework 4.8 - .Net 8, .Net 9

· Strong knowledge of SQL and PostgreSQL databases

· Solid knowledge of GitHub and code version control

· Good knowledge in messaging brokers mainly MQTT

· Basic DevOps experience, including Kubernetes, Windows Servers, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and automation

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

· Experience working in a scrum team

· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

· Good German language skills (mandatory) and very good English skills

· Willingness to learn new technologies and protocols

Preferred Qualifications:

· React, CSS and Typescript is a big plus

· Experience with AVL packets format, codec, and codec 8 protocols

· Experience in a similar role within a fast-paced and dynamic environment
