Senior Software Developer

• Own the software development patterns and practices: Maintain and evolve software development guidelines, ensuring alignment with business needs and industry best practices.
• Collaborate & Guide: Work closely with cross-functional teams, provide technical guidance, act as a tech lead, and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Conduct daily software engineering tasks: Analyze business and technical requirements, translate them into functioning code, and ensure high-quality software through unit tests, documentation, and code reviews.
• Troubleshoot and optimize: Perform root cause analysis and proactively solve technical issues to maintain system reliability and performance.

Do you have experience in Software development?, * 5+ years of experience in software development with a degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• Expertise in database design and security best practices.
• Strong programming skills in Python.
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS (ECS, Lambda, CloudWatch, CloudFront, S3, RDS, DynamoDB), serverless frameworks (or similar)) and modern web application architecture.
• Good prompt engineering skills and a passion for learning new technologies.
• Creative problem-solving with the ability to present complex topics clearly.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and code review skills.
• Fluent in English, any other language skill is a plus

We are a diverse and global team with over 40 team members in Europe and Vietnam. Our goal is to support the IM Data Factory by providing IT solutions, optimizing processes and decreasing manual efforts during the essential step of capturing and standardizing (vehicle) technical data. As a Senior Software Developer, you will play a key role in designing, building, and optimizing our data-driven solutions. This position will be allocated to the Global Data Platform initiative.
