BI Manager Power BI, DAX, SQL

• Manage, mentor, and develop a team of BI Developers.
• Oversee the design and delivery of BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
• Ensure best practices in data modelling, reporting, and BI processes.
• Support the Head of Data in shaping and evolving the BI strategy.

• Strong experience with SQL, Power BI, and DAX.
• Proven background in managing BI Developers or similar technical teams.
• Solid understanding of data modelling, BI architecture, and reporting best practice.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to present insights effectively.
• Nice to have: experience with Databricks or Airflow.

We are working with a leading retail company in London to recruit a BI Manager who will report directly to the Head of Data. This role will lead the BI function, manage a team of BI Developers, and drive high-quality reporting and analytics across the business.
