Job description
We are looking for a UI/UX Designer who can design intuitive user interfaces and seamless user experiences while also supporting our automation team with process documentation, workflow mapping, and screen designs used for UiPath automation development. This role does not require UiPath development experience, but familiarity with process flows and digital systems is essential.
Key ResponsibilitiesUI/UX Design
- Create user-centered UI/UX designs, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.
- Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate findings into design improvements.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to ensure high-quality design implementation.
- Establish and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components.
Process Mapping & UiPath Automation Support
- Work closely with the automation/RPA team to document business processes clearly and visually.
- Create detailed:
- User flows
- Step-by-step interaction maps
- System screens and interface diagrams
- Break down complex workflows into simplified, automation-ready visual documents.
- Help identify UI elements, screen interactions, and user journey touchpoints that impact automation.
- Support the creation of intuitive layouts for UiPath Apps and UiPath Forms.
Collaboration & Communication
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand requirements and map workflows.
- Present design concepts and process diagrams to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in usability testing of automated workflows to ensure smooth human-robot interaction.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Visio?, * 2-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, product design, or interaction design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX deliverables (wireframes, prototypes, workflows).
- Experience with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.
- Excellent understanding of user journeys and process visualization.
- Ability to document business processes using flowcharts, diagrams, or BPM tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Clear communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
Good to Have (Optional)
- Exposure to RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.)
- Experience creating process maps using tools like Miro, Lucidchart, Draw.io, Visio
- Understanding of front-end development basics (HTML/CSS)
- Familiarity with digital transformation or automation projects

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
