Mid-Level Ruby on Rails Developer

• Develop and maintain Eleanor's backend systems using Ruby on Rails and PostgreSQL.
• Build and improve internal tools to automate workflows and enhance team productivity.
• Collaborate with the frontend team (React / React Native) to design clear, efficient APIs.
• Develop and implement new product features
• Write clean, testable code and contribute to improving CI/CD pipelines.
• Assist in optimizing performance and ensuring data integrity across multi-tenant environments.
• Participate in architecture discussions and help shape the technical roadmap.

Do you have experience in iOS?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, We're looking for a Mid-Level Ruby on Rails Developer who's passionate about building elegant, reliable, and scalable web applications. You'll join a small, product-focused team and work closely with our frontend engineer and product leads to deliver new features, internal tools, and core platform improvements., * 3+ years of professional experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, ActiveRecord, and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with RSpec or similar testing frameworks.
• Familiarity with Sidekiq, Redis, and background job processing.
• Comfortable with Git, CI/CD, and collaborative workflows.
• Good communication skills and ability to work closely with frontend engineers and product teams.
• Bonus: experience with multi-tenant SaaS apps, AWS (SQS, SNS, Elastic Beanstalk, RDS), or performance profiling.
