Lead Divisional Enterprise Architect

Responsibilities

• Take accountability of the architecture for your division
• Provide leadership, guidance, and expert consulting on architectural matters
• Translate business needs into innovative digital solutions
• Develop and implement best practices, frameworks, and methodologies
• Ensure alignment with Miba's overarching Enterprise Architecture
• Collaborate with our architecture community to evolve and enhance our digital landscape
• Work closely with internal IT/D and Business stakeholders

• Several years of experience in roles such as Solution Architect, Domain Architect or Business Analyst. Professional experience in area of production industry and relevant process knowledge.
• A Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field
• Familiarity with TOGAF and ArchiMate is a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and excellent communication skills, including intercultural competence
• Ability to bridge conceptual, logical, and physical architecture layers
• Strategic mindset with a solid understanding of commercial and financial contexts
• Excellent language skills in German and English

For this position we offer a minimum payment of 65,000 € /year, plus social benefits and possible bonuses. Especially qualified and experienced candidates will be offered overpay.
