- Manage all administrative processes for warranty repairs and exchanges.
- Serve as the main contact for internal and external partners.

Role and Responsibilities
Your tasks, you…
- are responsible for processing and monitoring all administrative processes related to warranty repairs, product exchanges, returns, and spare parts management
- are the central contact person for internal and external sales partners (e.g., operator and dealer network) in all administrative matters
- support the entire Samsung Service Partner network in all administrative concerns
- create training materials and process descriptions and conduct training for service partners
- monitor the relevant Operation Support KPIs (returns, warranty costs, spare parts, etc.) of all Samsung service partners and organize as well as implement improvement measures
- support the customer service teams in all operation support topics
- provide second-level support for the Samsung Shared Service Center (SSC)
- support the CS team with ongoing tasks and projects
Requirements
- Require commercial training or higher education with customer service experience.
- Proficient in MS Office, SAP, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently., * have completed commercial basic training or higher education
- bring several years of professional experience in customer service or similar functions
- work independently, conscientiously, and flexibly with strong organizational skills
- are proficient in MS Office, SAP, PowerPoint, and Excel
- speak German and English; French is an advantage
- demonstrate a flexible, proactive working style, solution orientation, and strong customer focus
