Job description

As a Scrum Master at arculus, you will guide and empower our Scrum teams while contributing to the organization's overall agile transformation. Through coaching, facilitation, and systems thinking, you help teams stay aligned, surface challenges early, and improve continuously. You will also partner with other Scrum Masters and leaders to strengthen organizational agility and drive meaningful change.

  • Support 2-3 Scrum teams as a servant leader, fostering collaboration, self-organization, and psychological safety
  • Coach teams to improve flow, autonomy, and agile maturity at a sustainable pace
  • Facilitate Scrum events and workshops that drive clarity, alignment, and effective decision-making
  • Improve transparency and communication by helping teams visualize work, impediments, and meaningful metrics
  • Partner with Product Owners, developers, and leaders to strengthen agile practices and promote systems thinking across the organization
  • Promote continuous improvement by guiding teams and stakeholders through thoughtful, evidence-based changes that are shaped with buy-in rather than authority
  • Contribute to the organizational agile journey by encouraging experimentation, learning, and adaptability in a complex environment

Requirements

Do you have experience in Scrum?, * At least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in a product development environment

  • Strong understanding of Agile values and principles, with the ability to adapt approaches to team and organizational context, influence without authority, and lead meaningful change
  • Experience facilitating and designing workshops and Scrum events that drive alignment, decision-making, and improved ways of working
  • Experience supporting Product Owners and teams in improving collaboration, transparency, and delivery flow
  • Effective communicator who works well across teams and navigates complexity with confidence
  • Familiarity with complementary practices (e.g., Kanban, XP, Lean) and the ability to apply systems thinking beyond team level
  • Proficiency in English is required; German is a plus
