Track Manager - Cisco Identity Services

The Cisco Ironport & Messaging Ecosystem Expert is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure and scalable messaging infrastructures. The role includes technical architecture, administration, automation, incident management, and continuous improvement for large-scale messaging environments., * Define technical architectures for messaging (HLD, LLD)

• Propose and implement technical solutions for messaging infrastructure
• Draft operational procedures and documentation
• Optimize administration and monitoring actions
• Maintain infrastructure consistency, manage capacity and evolution needs
• Manage incidents and changes, provide Level 3 support to international regions
• Lead change management and knowledge transfer
• Develop scripts for operations and automation
• Manage and evolve address synchronization systems (100,000+ addresses)
• Support integration of entities and subsidiaries into the central infrastructure (50+ countries)

Do you have experience in Security?, Language - French + English

Years of relevant experience: 5+, * Cisco ESA Ironport

• SMTP routing
• Email security protocols (DMARC, DKIM, SPF, S/MIME)
• IIS
• PowerShell scripting
