QA Automation Engineer

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web, API, and backend systems.
• Build and enhance automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, RestAssured, etc.).
• Identify test scenarios, create and execute test plans, and ensure complete test coverage.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Perform root-cause analysis of defects and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Ensure product quality through automation, regression, functional, smoke, and performance testing.
• Continuously improve testing efficiency, tools, and processes.
• Document test cases, test results, and automation strategies.

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * 3-12 years of professional experience in QA Automation.

• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language used for automation (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as:
• Selenium WebDriver
• Playwright or Cypress
• RestAssured / Postman / Karate for API automation
• Experience building/maintaining automation frameworks.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (Git).
• Familiarity with Jira, TestRail, or similar test management tools.

Pay: £55,000.00-£85,000.00 per year
