Requirements

We are looking for candidates with hands-on SAP Basis experience along with customer handling capabilities. Profiles with L2 or L3 level of skillset preferred.

Mandatory skill:

-Knowledge of SAP S4HANA with SAP Basis troubleshooting skills -Knowledge on multi-cloud environment. -Basic understanding of SAP Rise. -Fundamental knowledge of load balancer , SAP web dispatcher, and disaster recovery. -Understanding of basic networking concepts. -Efficient customer handling. -Knowledge on Hyperscales e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP and Automations Provisioning in cloud environment -Solid hands-on experience with SAP technologies like SAP NetWeaver, Web Dispatcher, Business Objects solutions -experience in ITIL and IT Service Management processes such as Incident Management, Event Management Monitoring, Change Request Management
