Full Stack Developer

I'm looking to recruit a Full-Stack Engineer to join a small, senior core team at an early-stage startup reinventing how independent businesses run their operations. This is a rare chance to join at the ground floor: you'll shape product, engineering, and company direction from day one.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Building core systems across ordering, payments, discovery, and workflow automation.
• Working end-to-end across backend, frontend, and infrastructure using Node, Python, React/Next.js, TypeScript, and AWS.
• Designing and evolving intelligent, agentic flows using frameworks such as LangChain, MCP, or similar.
• Deploying, monitoring, and scaling infrastructure in AWS (Terraform, CI/CD).
• Shipping quickly, learning from real user feedback, and iterating rapidly.
• Influencing architecture, technical decisions, and overall engineering standards in a small, high-trust team.
• Collaborating closely with the founding team to move fast, solve meaningful problems, and build elegant, scalable systems.

• 3+ years' experience building and shipping production systems (startup or high-growth background strongly preferred).
• Strong full-stack expertise (Node, TypeScript, Python, React/Next.js).
• Solid AWS, Terraform, and CI/CD experience.
• Exposure to agentic or AI-powered systems (e.g., LangChain, MCP).
• Builder mindset with a track record of solving problems and delivering at speed.
• Comfortable operating with autonomy in open, ambiguous problem spaces.
