Your influential mission. You will...

• Actively participate in decisions to define and improve standards and best practices.
• Train, mentor and support other team members in the use of our tools and standards.
• Improve our CI/CD solution to support our developers and technical operations teams deploying their services to our Kubernetes clusters.
• Be an interface between developers and technical operations teams in understanding the internals of our systems by enhancing and unifying our observability stack.
• Create, administrate and manage our Kubernetes clusters.
• Work within an internationally distributed team.

• Possess 4 to 5+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Have 3+ years of work experience in Kubernetes and Docker.
• Possess deep knowledge of CI/CD solutions.
• Are well experienced with the Elastic stack.
• Are familiar with Git.
• Have experience with Ansible.
• Exhibit strong mentoring, project management, and leadership skills.
• Possess strong communication skills to guide developers.
• Demonstrate a structured working approach and strong problem-solving skills.
• Are self-motivated, independent and confident in decision making.
• Are flexible, adaptable, and capable of overcoming new challenges.
• Maintain a service-oriented mindset.
• Thrive in collaboration and teamwork.
