Job description

  • As a Salesforce Engineer you strengthen our international team in the Schwarz Group's Software Engineering department, more specifically in the Service Cloud solution
  • You are responsible for the holistic life cycle of your developments: from the introduction to the implementation of requirements and the rollout to operation
  • You will be breaking down requirements, documenting tasks and estimating efforts
  • You will promotes transparency by proactively sharing design choices with appropriate audiences, with the appropriate level of detail and timeliness
  • You will take on strategic and operational advice for internal customers
  • You ensure an efficient support chain

Requirements

  • At least 3+ years of experience in Salesforce development, especially in Service Cloud
  • Solid understanding of Salesforce platform, Apex, LWC components and declarative elements
  • Solid experience developing complex functionalities with inbound / outbound integrations (REST, SOAP, External Objects, Events, Bulk API…)
  • Understanding of Salesforce Architecture, code best practices and design patterns
  • Experience on international environments with complex implementations and high data volumes
  • Experience with Agile methodology and fast adaptation to changing requirements and strong problem-solving skills
  • English on a business level (B2 minimum), German is a plus
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer or Service Cloud Consultant certifications are a plus
