What you bring * Bachelor's degree in business management, communication technology, or related field. * 3+ years of experience in robotic process automation development and lifecycle management. * Track record with market-leading RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere). * Experience with AI and machine learning integration within RPA solutions. * Proficiency in data analytics for process evaluation and ROI calculation. * Knowledge of cognitive automation techniques for complex business processes. * Familiarity with MLOps practices for sustainable automation maintenance. * Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving capabilities. * Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. * Excellent communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
