Technical background

Working knowledge and experience with Windows Server
Experience in application support, security hardening, and performance tuning
Ability to troubleshoot low-level issues
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to influence high-level stakeholders
Prior experience working in a regulated environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
