Job description

Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer (Remote from Spain) Join the UST team as a Senior Salesforce Experience Cloud Developer and design and implement scalable, secure, and content-rich digital experiences using Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud for a client in the investment sector. This role is 100% remote from Spain. Key Responsibilities * Build branded, responsive Experience Cloud sites using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), and Flows. * Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud for lead management, partner engagement, and case workflows. * Implement and manage Salesforce CMS, CMS Collections, and personalized content delivery. * Ensure adherence to Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) for consistent fonts, sizes, and layouts. * Develop reusable, modular components and contribute to internal component libraries for triggers, integrations, and exception handling. * Implement SSO, MFA, and secure sharing models in line with governance

accessibility, and ESG compliance. * Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and designers. * Use CI/CD tools such as GitHub and Work Management tools such as JIRA. * Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance across all interfaces. Mandatory Requirements * 5-8+ years of Salesforce development experience, with significant hands-on exposure to Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud implementations. * Proven track record in community portal development, CMS-driven experiences, and Salesforce integrations. * Experience mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and collaborating in agile delivery environments. * Reusable component frameworks, flows, triggers, integrations, and maintainable code. * Security & compliance: SSO, MFA, secure sharing, ESG and regulatory alignment. * High English level.
