Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. * 5+ years' experience in network optimisation, operations strategy, supply chain analytics, or a similar field. * Demonstrated success improving network performance across multiple business models or geographies. * Strong analytical and modelling skills with proficiency in tools such as Llamasoft, AnyLogic, SQL, Python, Excel, or GIS platforms. * Experience conducting scenario modelling and cost-benefit analysis. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present insights to senior stakeholders. * Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
