warehousing assets. * Integrate future demand forecasts, capacity needs, and infrastructure investment requirements. * Partner with IT and data teams to enhance or deploy tools that improve network visibility, automation, and optimisation capability. Performance Management * Define, track, and report on key KPIs related to network efficiency, responsiveness, and service levels. * Support change management activities to ensure the successful adoption of new systems, models, and processes. * Drive engagement, resolve challenges, and support cross-business alignment during transitions. Qualifications & Experience * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Research, Business Analytics, or a related discipline. * 5+ years' experience in network optimisation, operations strategy, supply chain analytics, or a similar field. * Demonstrated success improving network performance across multiple business models or geographies. * Strong analytical and modelling skills with proficiency in tools such as Llamasoft, AnyLogic, SQL, Python, Excel, or GIS platforms. * Experience conducting scenario modelling and cost-benefit analysis. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and present insights to senior stakeholders. * Strong project management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives.
