Requirements

We're seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to support device deployment and app integration using Microsoft Intune. You'll handle end-to-end app lifecycle (integrate, test, deploy), provide L3 support, manage incidents, and contribute to local product lifecycle. Key Skills: * Intune * Autopilot * MDM * Windows device management * WIP * Technical documentation (English) * Incident resolution, bug fixing Nice to have: * Endpoint DLP * F5 VPN * McAfee Proxy * Agile/Scrum Experience Required Experience: * 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune and Autopilot for device provisioning and mobile device management (MDM). * Proven expertise in Windows device management and Windows Information Protection (WIP). * Experience delivering and maintaining application packages, including testing, deployment, and documentation. * Solid background in Level 3 (L3) technical support, including incident handling and troubleshooting. * Strong skills in writing clear and structured technical documentation in English. * Experience working in an English-speaking environment, with effective communication across technical teams. Preferred Experience (Nice to Have): * Exposure to Microsoft Endpoint DLP, McAfee Cloud Proxy, or F5 PerApp VPN. * Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and collaborative project environments. Job Responsibilities The successful candidate will: * Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of applications within Intune: integration, testing, qualification, and deployment. * Support onboarding of devices and user profiles using Autopilot and Intune. * Provide Level 3 (L3) support, investigating and resolving complex technical issues and major incidents. * Perform bug analysis and fixes to ensure system stability and performance. * Develop new features or configurations as needed to improve device management or user experience. * Deploy and maintain application packages and configurations, including VPN and WIP setups. * Use Log
