Senior E-learning Developer

• Design and develop interactive e-learning modules (SCORM/HTML5) using tools such as Articulate 360, Rise, or iSpring
• Create multimedia learning experiences - videos, simulations, animations, and gamified elements for adult learners
• Use AI-powered tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, Genspark, Trooper, Flow With) for avatars, voiceovers, video generation, and localization
• Manage the end-to-end content lifecycle - from storyboarding and prototyping to testing, LMS integration, and launch
• Collaborate with SMEs, instructional designers, and L&D managers to ensure content quality, accuracy, and engagement
• Ensure that all materials meet visual, accessibility, and mobile optimization standards
• Analyze learner feedback and performance metrics to continuously enhance course quality and engagement

• Proven experience in e-learning design and development (5+ years preferred)
• Strong hands-on skills with Articulate 360, Rise, Captivate, or iSpring
• Experience building SCORM-compliant courses and integrating with LMS platforms (ideally 360Learning)
• Ability to apply instructional design principles and storytelling techniques to adult learning
• Solid understanding of multimedia production (video, audio, motion design) and familiarity with AI-based content tools
• Basic graphic design experience (Canva, Figma, After Effects, or similar)
• Excellent project management skills - ability to deliver creative, high-quality content under tight deadlines
• Fluency in English and Spanish
