Fullstack Developer (React/Next.js & PHP/Laravel)

• Develop: Architect, build, and maintain high-quality, scalable features across frontend (React/Next.js) and backend (PHP/Laravel).
• Innovate: Implement new tools and pages for our platform, ensuring a modern UX/UI for millions of monthly users.
• Optimize: Improve system performance, SEO, and scalability, enhancing both backend architecture and frontend delivery.
• Search & Match: Enhance our ElasticSearch engine for relevant job-matching experiences.
• Collaborate: Work directly with the CTO and alongside product, design, and engineering teams in an agile environment.
• Quality: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices, SOLID principles, and testing standards.

• 3+ years of professional fullstack development experience in an agile environment.
• Proven expertise in PHP/Laravel, with strong knowledge of system optimization, scalability, and architecture.
• Solid experience with React.js and Next.js for building scalable, performant web interfaces.
• Strong understanding of web performance optimization and SEO best practices.
• Experience with ElasticSearch (or OpenSearch) for large-scale search systems.
• Skilled in JavaScript and CSS-in-JS tools.
• Familiar with cloud environments (AWS) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks like Cypress.
• Fluent in English (C1+ level) with excellent communication skills.
• Completed BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
