Data Scientist, Spain - BCG X

• Comfortable in a client-facing role with the ambition to lead teams.
• Excellent communication skills: distilling complex results into clear visualizations and explaining sophisticated data science concepts in an understandable manner.
• Strong project management skills and a bias toward action.
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques, their mathematical underpinnings, and the ability to translate business implications for our clients.
• Significant experience applying advanced analytics to a variety of business situations and a proven ability to synthesize complex data.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with modern development tooling; bonus points for software development or DevOps experience.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Spanish is required.
• Master's or PhD degree in Computer Research Science, Data Science, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field.
