Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Test Analyst with experience in CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful testing and validation of all CRM upgrade components, ensuring that the system functionality meet business requirements.Key Responsibilities:Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans and test cases for CRM upgrade projects.Conduct functional, integration and regression to ensure seamless system performance.Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools (e.g. Azure DevOps and JIRA).Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into test cases.Support end-users during UAT, gathering feedback and resolving issues.Generate test reports and provide insights on test execution, coverage, and defects.Work closely with deployment teams to validate releases in staging and production

Requirements

environments.Essentials:Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics 365.Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, SDLC, and defect management.Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, Cypress) is a plus.Familiarity with API testing, SQL queries, and data migration testing.Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including customization, workflows, and integrations.Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum development environment.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.Desirable:ISTQB certification or equivalent QA certification.Additional InformationThis is a fixed-term/full-time (12 months) position.
