Role Description:

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with a background or interest in engineering methods and systems development processes. This role involves designing, integrating, and managing the lifecycle of complex systems using structured methodologies to deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable solutions. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with frameworks such as MBSE, V-Model, or Agile Systems Engineering.

Essential Skills:

• System Design

• Develop and manage system requirements, architecture, and interfaces with full traceability.
• Ensure traceability from requirements through design, implementation, and verification.
• Strong experience with Jira for requirements and issue tracking.

• Methods & Process Development:

• Apply and tailor systems engineering methodologies (e.g., V-Model, INCOSE SE Handbook, SysML) to projects.

Desirable Skills:

• Lifecycle Management:

• Support systems throughout the development lifecycle, from concept to decommissioning.
• Lead or support design reviews, risk assessments, and validation/verification planning.
• Ensure integration and alignment of subsystems within the overall system.

• Collaboration & Communication:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams (software, hardware, QA, project management).
• Communicate technical decisions and methodology rationale to stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops or technical sessions to promote systems thinking and method adoption.
