Cybersecurity Engineer (VIE)

We're looking for an experienced Cybersecurity Engineer to join our team in Brussels through a VIE programme. You'll work on securing digital operations, managing IAM integrations, and supporting critical cybersecurity activities in a dynamic international environment. If you're motivated by impactful security projects and want to develop your expertise in a collaborative setting, we'd love to meet you!, Troubleshoot operational and cybersecurity issues across applications and infrastructure. Act as a cybersecurity expert to ensure system compliance, protection, and best practices. Manage and respond to security incidents with rapid remediation actions. Collaborate with development teams to implement system updates and enhancements. Support integration of IAM solutions using SailPoint (Java) and CyberArk. Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

Do you have experience in SailPoint?, Proven experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, or IAM engineering. Hands-on experience with SailPoint (Java), CyberArk, and API integration. Strong SQL/database knowledge; experience as a DBA considered a strong plus. Languages: English & French required, both oral and written. Analytical mindset, teamwork capability, and strong problem-solving skills. Willing to relocate to Brussels; available for 2-3 days onsite.
