Responsibilities:

  • You'll operate, monitor, and maintain electrical and mechanical infrastructure to ensure continuous uptime and system reliability.
  • Carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) and respond quickly to faults or reactive issues to minimise downtime.
  • Develop, follow, and document MOPs, SOPs, EOPs, and risk assessments, ensuring full compliance with safety and operational standards.
  • Prepare scopes of work, supervise subcontractors, manage vendor performance, and maintain spare parts inventory while participating in standby duty rotations.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years' experience with electrical systems in data centres or other critical environments
  • Hands-on expertise with UPS systems, including start-up, maintenance bypass, Eco-Mode, and VMMS
  • Strong knowledge of critical cooling, air conditioning, humidity control, and generator systems
  • Experience with BMS operation and plant performance monitoring
  • Solid understanding of H&S practices, including risk assessments, lock-out/tag-out, and work permits
  • Proven experience managing vendors and contractors

Salary:

  • Up to €75,000 Gross Per Year
  • €220 On-call allowance
  • 13th Month Bonus
  • Lease car
