You are the reinforcement in the training team. You support the apprentices in the basic training year so that they can develop, grow personally, and reach their full potential. As a coach, you take on the methodological and professional guidance of apprentices in application development. Additionally, you take on other roles in our circle organization according to your strengths.

In the basic training year, we promote not only professional skills but also interdisciplinary competencies.

We see programming as a craft, believe in clean code, and agile software development.

• Experience in software development and relevant qualifications required.
• Strong knowledge in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and React.
• Fluent in German with excellent interpersonal skills., Is programming your passion? Would you be excited to pass on your enthusiasm for coding to talented young people?, * You enjoy working in an environment where young people and their individual development are at the center.
• You use your people and soft skills to inspire others and support them in solving their own challenges.
• You have several years of professional experience as a software developer and hold a FA, HF, or FH degree.
• You feel comfortable and have good knowledge in the technology stack HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, Spring Boot, Node.js, React, and React Native.
• You speak, read, and write fluent German.
• You have a winning personality and sensitivity in dealing with your fellow human beings.
