Rust Engineer (a)

• University degree (ETH, FH, Uni, HF) in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in software development, including 2 years using Rust
• Strong expertise in C/C++ and Embedded Linux; experience with C#/.NET is a plus
• Experience with real-time requirements in embedded systems
• Experience with Docker and Messaging in distributed systems
• Ability to support and upskill developers from other paradigms in Rust
• Experience with CI/CD using Azure DevOps (e.g., Cargo pipelines)
• Excellent English skills are essential; German language skills are an advantage
