We are looking for a motivated Junior Master Data Analyst to join our Data Management Services practice, supporting life sciences digital transformation initiatives in SAP environments. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate to build hands-on expertise in SAP master data management within a highly regulated and innovative industry. Fluency in German is required to work effectively with local business stakeholders.
We welcome candidates at the beginning of their careers who are eager to learn, take initiative, and contribute to real-world data challenges in the life sciences sector. Full onboarding and SAP-specific training will be provided to help you succeed in your role.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Support SAP master data maintenance activities across key domains (e.g., material, customer, vendor, finance).
- Collaborate with business and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Assist in data cleansing, enrichment, validation, and upload tasks during transformation or system rollout projects.
- Perform data quality checks and contribute to the resolution of data issues in SAP systems.
- Document data processes, standards, and business rules in alignment with global SAP templates.
- Learn and apply best practices in SAP data governance and lifecycle management.
- Work within a regulated environment, ensuring data processes align with GxP and other compliance requirements., Attend a Technical Interview - Participate in a 30-minute session with one of our experts to discuss your skills and experience in more detail.
Participate in a Client Interview (if applicable) - For some roles, you may be invited to a client-facing discussion (30-60 minutes online).
Receive Final Feedback - We aim to share timely feedback and move forward quickly.

Requirements
Do you have experience in SAP S/4HANA?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Information Management, Business, Life Sciences, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in a data-focused role (internships, student projects, or part-time roles are welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with SAP (e.g., S/4HANA, ECC) is a strong advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
- Fluent in German and proficient in English (written and spoken).
- Interest in the life sciences industry and willingness to grow in an SAP data management career.
