Job description

  • Lead and guide the DevOps team, promoting best practices in CI/CD, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Design, implement, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available cloud infrastructures, primarily on Azure.
  • Create and optimize build and deployment pipelines, focusing on performance, high availability, and disaster recovery.
  • Collaborate with operations, development, and solutions teams to improve and automate the software delivery cycle.
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance DevOps process efficiency.
  • Define policies for monitoring, version control, code quality, security, and source management.
  • Resolve complex infrastructure and deployment issues.
  • Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi) and CI/CD (Azure DevOps).

Requirements

  • Strong experience in Azure DevOps CI/CD and deploying resources on Azure.
  • Knowledge and use of IaC (Pulumi).
  • Experience with Azure services such as Azure Functions, Event Grid (a plus).
  • Proficiency with CI/CD tools: Azure Pipelines, GitHub Actions.
  • Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Docker, and microservices-based architectures.
  • Programming skills in Python (mandatory).
  • Experience consuming and developing REST APIs.
  • Plus: knowledge of Fabric.
  • Automation mindset, test-first approach, and continuous delivery.
  • Experience in Agile environments.
  • Good command of English (C1)., * Deep knowledge of containers and Kubernetes (security, orchestration, operators, tools like Helm, Kustomize, ArgoCD).
  • Extensive expertise in Azure (security, networking, encryption, access management).
  • Ability to integrate on-premise environments with pipelines and security policies.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash) and compiled languages (.NET).
  • Advanced GitHub repository management, including configuration, integrations, security, and disaster recovery.
