Senior Full Stack Data & Analytics Developer - Azure Synapse / Microsoft Fabric / Power BI

We are looking for people experienced Full Stack Data & Analytics Developer supporting ERP reporting and data visualization initiatives within international humanitarian organizations. Specialized in Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, and Power BI, with a strong background in data modeling, data engineering, and report development.

Your day-to-day will focus on:

• Designing and implementing end-to-end reporting solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O).
• Developing dashboards and paginated reports in Power BI based on business requirements across HR, Finance, Logistics, and Project Management.
• Building scalable data products using SQL, PySpark, and Data Vault / Dimensional modeling techniques.
• Ensuring data quality, performance optimization, and secure deployment to production environments.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams in Geneva and Budapest, with fluent English communication., * 5+ years in data engineering, including 3+ years with Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse and Power BI.
• Proven experience with big data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake, Spark/Hadoop).
• Strong programming skills in Python, SQL, and Java.
• Familiarity with data governance, architecture, and large-scale data pipelines.
