Job description
We're looking for a Digital Analyst / BI Specialist who loves turning data into insights. You'll consult stakeholders, guide product decisions, and transform complex analytics into business value. If you're analytical, a strong communicator, and passionate about digital analytics, you'll thrive here.
What You'll Do:
- Consult internal teams to derive meaningful insights from data
- Improve product performance through analytics and reporting
- Build and maintain dashboards and visualizations (Tableau expertise required)
- Use SQL and cloud-based tools (BigQuery, Azure) to generate actionable insights
- Support projects tracking all online and offline customer touchpoints
- Advocate for customer needs through analytics and data management
Requirements
- 5+ years in Digital Analytics or Digital Marketing
- Strong Tableau skills and experience with Google Analytics (UA / GA360 / GA4)
- Knowledge of Tealium Tag Management, SQL, and BigQuery
- Experience in Travel or Retail Customer Experience
- Consulting mindset and ability to communicate insights clearly
- Experience with AI-enabled forecasting models (Azure)
Nice to Have:
- Tag Management coding experience
- Data architecture / business process modeling
- Workshop facilitation and team upskilling
- Willingness to attend online and occasional onsite workshops (1-2 short trips per quarter)
