Job description

Our company is rooted in sustainable manufacturing processes. As such, we're now looking for a Director of Sustainability, Data, AI and Impact Intelligence. This executive role will be responsible for co-defining and leading Ivy Decarb's global impact metrics strategy across sustainability, decarbonization and textile machinery productivity. You will take full ownership of the metrics framework, data governance, IT/AI systems and advanced analytics to maximize the value of Ivy Decarb's industrial intelligence platform. High visibility, cross-functional leadership, and international scope., * Develop and govern the global framework for sustainability, CO reduction and productivity metrics across Ivy Decarb's ecosystem.

  • Lead data architecture and end-to-end information systems: data capture, structuring, quality, governance and reporting.
  • Leverage AI/ML to automate metric generation, extract patterns and enable predictive insights.
  • Build and maintain analytical tools and dashboards demonstrating impact to industrial customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure methodological alignment with international standards (GHG Protocol, SBTi, LCA/ISO).
  • Collaborate with Engineering, ESG, Operations and Business Development to embed metrics across strategic decision-making.
  • Lead and grow a multidisciplinary team (data, analytics, sustainability).
  • Drive innovation opportunities in digitalization, industrial data exploitation and impact modeling.

Requirements

(It is essential that you are fluent in English), We'd love you to come from a textile machinery background, but that's not essential. You will, however, have significant experience within industrial machinery in a decarbonisation and sustainability context. You'll also be excited about working in a startup with a distinct product offering., * 10+ years of experience in methodologies to measure industrial machinery impact on descarbonization and productivity (based in decarbonization metrics, ESG analytics or industrial data/IT roles)

  • Strong background in data architecture, IT systems, databases and cloud analytics.
  • Hands-on experience applying AI/ML to industrial or sustainability datasets.
  • Ideally, a solid understanding of textile machinery and industrial processes.
  • Proven leadership of technical or multidisciplinary teams in international environments.
  • High level of rigor in methodologies, data governance and impact quantification.
  • Fluent, high-level English; comfortable operating in global contexts.
  • Ability to simplify complexity and influence senior stakeholders.
