Requirements
- Experience building and maintaining complex UIs with reusable components and/or micro-frontends.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals and ability to simplify complex problems.
- Experience shipping to production frequently (we deploy multiple times per day).
- Familiarity with performance optimization and scaling frontend applications.
- Passion for feedback, learning, and mentoring others to raise engineering standards.
- Strong collaboration mindset, you value product, design, and cross-team partnerships.
- (Bonus) Exposure to AI-driven interfaces or curiosity about designing UX for AI-powered features.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- We require eligibility to work in Spain and are also open to collaboration agreements.
Hiring Process
HR - We know each other, validate culture fit, address your concerns, validate details and experience, and tell you more about Landbot (40 min).
Interview with the Director of Engineering (60 min) - In this stage, you'll meet our Director of Engineering, who will dive deeper into your experience, ways of working, and technical perspective. The focus is on understanding how you approach challenges, lead solutions, and fit into our team culture. It's also your opportunity to learn more about our vision, strategy, and where the engineering team is heading.
Technical Interview with the Tech Team (60 min) - You'll meet members of our tech team to go deeper into your technical experience. We'll talk through how you approach problem-solving, system design, and architecture decisions, as well as how you collaborate with others to deliver solutions. It's a two-way conversation, so feel free to ask about our challenges, tech stack, and ways of working.
