• Lead the development and integration of enterprise-grade applications using Java 21, Spring Boot, and RESTful APIs.
• Design and implement cloud-based solutions using Microsoft Azure, including Azure SQL and Azure DevOps for CI/CD automation.
• Utilize GitHub CoPilot to enhance productivity, optimize coding standards, and support development efficiency.
• Contribute across key areas such as Test Specification, Programming, Continuous Delivery, Security, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
• Collaborate with architects, product teams, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and support to offshore teams to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Participate in architecture reviews, solution assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• 8-10 years of strong hands-on experience in Java development.
• Deep expertise in Java 21, Spring Boot, REST API development, Azure SQL, and Azure DevOps.
• Practical experience using GitHub CoPilot for development efficiency.
• Strong background working in onshore-offshore delivery models with proven leadership capabilities.
• Solid understanding of secure coding, CI/CD pipelines, cloud-native development, and modern engineering practices.
• Good-to-have: Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset.
• Ability to work effectively in a structured, fast-paced environment.
