Senior Design Engineer

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, prototype and develop new products

• Use CAD software to produce detailed designs, refine concepts and support rapid prototyping
• Build, test and iterate physical prototypes to improve performance and reliability
• Solve complex engineering challenges with practical, creative solutions
• Improve product durability, efficiency, manufacturability and overall design
• Work hands-on in workshop and RandD facilities to accelerate product development cycles

Strong hands-on engineering skills and a passion for building and problem-solving

• Proficiency with CAD software
• Solid understanding of engineering principles and the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly
• Experience taking products from concept through prototype to production
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Must be able to work onsite in workshop/RandD facilities five days a week
• Good communication skills, including the ability to train non-technical staff
