Anaplan Developer

The Anaplan Developer will be responsible for enhancing and maintaining the Anaplan environment, supporting financial forecasting and reporting needs across the business.

This is a high-impact role involving cross-functional collaboration, continuous system improvement, and user engagement.

3+ years of experience as an Anaplan Model Builder (Master Anaplanner or Solution Architect preferred)

• \r\n Strong understanding of financial forecasting and reporting

• \r\n Skilled in AnaplanXL, ADO, Workflow, and integration tools

• \r\n Excellent Excel and data modelling skills

• \r\n Strong communicator with experience engaging senior stakeholders

• \r\n Background in FP&A or financial systems highly desirable

• \r\n Experience in financial services beneficial

• \r\n ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualification preferred

• \r\n Power BI, MS Access, SQL and data warehouse familiarity advantageous

Lead the ongoing development and optimisation of Anaplan models in line with changing business requirements

• \r\n Partner with Finance Business Partners and key stakeholders to expand Anaplan use cases

• \r\n Align Anaplan architecture with wider data strategy and M&A activity

• \r\n Ensure accurate data flows and integration with systems such as NetSuite, HiBob, and data warehouses

• \r\n Maintain data integrity, user access controls, and system security

• \r\n Build UX dashboards to support end-user adoption and insight

• \r\n Deliver tailored training and documentation to Anaplan users

• \r\n Contribute to cross-departmental finance projects as required
