Job description
This is a hands-on support role ideal for individuals with a strong technical foundation and a passion for problem-solving in fast-paced IT environments. You will be responsible for maintaining and supporting IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and core systems-to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.
Requirements
- Willing to work in Nights (Rotational Shifts)
- Previous experience in a Level 1/2 support role.
- Strong proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management best practices
Desirable skills (not essential):
- MCP or CCNA certifications.
- VMware or Hyper-V certification.
- Cloud accreditation (Azure/AWS).
