Job description
As a System Engineer, you are responsible for the implementation, management, and support of our IT environments at customer sites. You work both on-site and remotely, combining technical expertise with a strong customer-oriented approach.
Challenge
- Installation and configuration of workstations, servers, and network infrastructure.
- Applying cybersecurity best practices and managing endpoint and backup solutions.
- Supporting and managing Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive).
- Configuring and maintaining firewalls, switching, and wireless networks.
- Integrating and installing specialized equipment in medical environments.
- Deploying and maintaining MS SQL databases.
- Performing on-site interventions and providing 1st and 2nd line support via phone and remote tools.
- Thinking along with customers and proposing commercial solutions that strengthen their IT environment and improve their workflows.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Strong foundation in system engineering and familiar with Windows environments.
- Knowledge of networking and security (firewalls, switching, Wi-Fi).
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration and integration.
- Skills in SQL database management and troubleshooting.
- Interest in cybersecurity and data protection.
- Customer-oriented, communicative, and able to work independently.
- Commercial mindset: able to identify and propose solutions that fit the customer's needs.
- Willing to perform both remote support and on-site interventions.
- Experience in the medical sector is a plus, but not required.
