Tasks

• Develop IAM policies and design patterns for optimization.
• Ensure compliance while monitoring applications effectively.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to drive projects forward., * Participation in the development of policies and design patterns, collaboration in the optimization and automation of IAM processes
• Participation in the development of policies and design patterns for Identity & Access Management (IAM)
• Support in ensuring compliance with requirements, especially monitoring applications
• Optimization of authorization concepts for applications and related processes
• Review and management of permissions (e.g., recertifications) and participation in automation projects
• Analysis and further development of existing identity and access management
• Processes to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and impact
• Participation in the standardization and optimization of IAM processes
• Planning and implementation of corresponding projects and measures
• Close collaboration with stakeholders to successfully advance projects

• 5-8 years of experience in IAM solutions and security protocols.
• Strong knowledge of software development and automation.
• Proficiency in German (C2) and English (B2) required., * Experience with IAM solutions and technologies
• Solid knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols
• Knowledge in software development, automation, and API integration
• Understanding of security standards and requirements, especially in banking
• Technological understanding and experience in IT security architecture

Requirements: (spoken/written language)

• German: C2 - near-native proficiency
• English: B2 - Upper Intermediate - First (FCE)
