Solution Owner SAP PP-PI, PPDS & MES Integration

• Design processes and systems in SAP PP-PI and PP/DS for S/4HANA.
• Integrate SAP PP-PI and PP/DS with MES systems for efficient production.
• Customize SAP production processes and manage interfaces like IDoc., * Responsibility for process and system design in SAP PP-PI and PP/DS within the framework of the S/4HANA transformation
• Analysis, conception, and implementation of the integration of SAP PP-PI and PP/DS with MES systems to ensure seamless, digital production processes
• Support and customizing of SAP production processes (e.g., process orders, resources, recipes, heuristics)
• Creation and maintenance of interface concepts (IDoc, BAPI, RFC)
• Ensuring automated data transmission and monitoring
• Collaboration with SAP module managers and external partners
• Conducting workshops, tests, and support during go-live

• Completed studies or training with SAP focus and project experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in SAP production processes and MES integration.
• Strong analytical skills and good communication in German and English., * Completed studies or comparable training with an SAP focus as well as project experience in the SAP S/4HANA environment, especially in migrations and Fiori applications.
• Several years of professional experience (3-5 years) in SAP production processes (PP-PI, PP/DS) and integration of MES systems
• Solid knowledge in SAP PP-PI and PP/DS, especially in recipes, process orders, phase model, resource planning, planning heuristics, and capacity leveling
• Experience with interface technologies (IDoc, BAPI, Webservices, RFC, middleware platforms such as SAP CPI/PO, Lobster) and integration of MES/shopfloor systems
• Knowledge of adjacent SAP modules (MM, EWM, QM) as well as experience with MES and LIMS systems
• Understanding of production data acquisition, machine integration, traceability, and quality-assured manufacturing
• Analytical and structured working style, high personal responsibility as well as pronounced communication and teamwork skills, plus very good German and good English skills in spoken and written form
