Application programmer

• Ensuring internal and external data security and consistency
• Programming in the Visual Basic language, small and medium-sized programs in proAlpha, ABL language
• Programming in Office applications (mostly Access, Excel, rarely Word), VBA language
• Automation of processes (e.g. Import / export of data)
• Data import and export, from all available data sources (SQL server, proAlpha database, GAEB, DATANORM)
• Evaluations in Access and Excel

Substitution task area:

• Selection, procurement, maintenance and administration of PC and server hardware and software
• 1st and 2nd level support and administration of the ERP system (proAlpha)
• User training for the ERP system
• Management and operation of the network / network security, including VPN, administration of the telephone system
• Administration and organization of data backup management
• Quality management when importing / exporting data
• 1st level support for application software and network operation
• On-call duty for the above tasks

• Successfully completed commercial / technical IT training, possibly experienced lateral entrant (m/f/d)
• Good knowledge of C#, VB, .Net, VBA, VB 6.0, VBScript, ABL (4GL)
• Good knowledge of proAlpha: Application development seminars 1-3, data and value flows, PPS, development environment
• Microsoft operating systems; SQL server; terminal services and Citrix applications; Microsoft Office application software and mail systems; WAN and LAN configuration
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
• You work independently, proactively and efficiently, are team-oriented, committed and willing to familiarize yourself with new areas
